1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using CybAi™ (the “Service”), including via WhatsApp, web, or any other interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Purpose of CybAi™

  • CybAi™ is an AI-powered cybersecurity awareness and analysis tool designed to help users identify potential digital threats such as scams, phishing attempts, suspicious messages, links, emails, call recordings, or online communications.
  • CybAi™ does not replace human judgment, law enforcement, legal advice, or professional cybersecurity services.

3. Nature of Analysis & Accuracy Disclaimer

  • 3.1 How CybAi™ Works
    • CybAi™ analyzes user-submitted content using machine learning models, pattern recognition, and known threat intelligence to provide risk-based assessments.
  • 3.2 Accuracy Scope
    • CybAi™’s analysis is probabilistic, not deterministic.
    • Based on current logic and training data:
    • Some outputs may include false positives
    • Some sophisticated or novel threats may not yet be identified
  • 3.3 Interpretation of Results
    • CybAi™ may return results such as:
      • “Safe”
      • “Likely Safe”
      • “Probable Threat”
      • “High Risk / Scam Indicators Detected”
      These results must be interpreted as guidance, not absolute certainty.

4. “Safe” Classification Clarification

  • When CybAi™ indicates that content is “Safe”, it means:
    • No known malicious indicators were detected at the time of analysis
    • Based on available data, patterns, and threat intelligence
  • This does NOT mean:
    • A guarantee that the content is risk-free in all circumstances
    • Protection against unknown, zero-day, or highly targeted attacks
  • Users should continue to exercise basic digital caution at all times.

5. “Probable Threat” & False Positives

  • When CybAi™ indicates a “Probable Threat”:
    • The content matches one or more risk indicators
    • There is a possibility of malicious intent
    • Some results may be false positives
  • CybAi™ does not claim that every flagged item is definitively harmful.
  • The output is a risk alert, not an accusation or final verdict.

6. User Responsibility

  • You acknowledge and agree that:
    • All decisions taken after using CybAi™ are solely your responsibility
    • CybAi™ provides assistance, not instructions
